Post surgery help at home

What I need help with :
To escort home once discharged
Sometimes Grocery/pharmacy shopping / picking up essentials
Preparing or warming up meals
Light household tasks (dishes, tidying)
Accompanying me to follow-up appointments
General presence at home during the day
Reminding me to take medication on schedule
Help with things I can't lift/reach (avoiding overhead reaching, twisting, lifting)
Help wiping down with a wet towel (back / hard-to-reach areas only) since I can't shower for the first few days

What I do NOT need help with
[ ] Personal/intimate care
[ ] Wound dressing changes (handled by clinic)
