Post surgery help at home (looking for a female person)

What I need help with :
To escort me home once discharged from the hospital
If needed then Grocery/pharmacy shopping tho i have already done the advanced shopping of the stuffs i will need
Warming up meals (stored in the fridge) in a microwave or simple meal prep
Light household tasks (dishes, tidying)
Accompanying me to follow-up appointments
General presence at home during the day
Reminding me to take medication on schedule
Help with things I can't lift/reach
Help wiping down with a wet towel if possible (back / hard-to-reach areas only) since I can't shower for the first few days

What I do NOT need help with
Personal/intimate care
Wound dressing changes (handled by clinic)

When to act immediately (call clinic / take me to ER):
If you notice any of these, please tell me right away and help me contact the clinic:
Fever
Increasing redness, warmth, or swelling , Pus or bad-smelling discharge from the wound
Pain that's getting worse instead of better (not just discomfort)
Shortness of breath or chest pain — this needs urgent attention
